The L.A. Times cover The Transplants show this weekend!

The Transplant treatment

The Transplants have a lotta heart. The gangsta punk super-group, composed of singer Rob Aston, Rancid's Tim Armstrong and Blink-182's Travis Barker, tore up the House of Blues in Anaheim in what amounted to a punk-rock sing-along. Combining the fire of N.W.A with the swagger of Rancid, the Transplants move fast and furious live, and anyone lucky enough to have scored tickets to their shows with the Foo Fighters tonight and Friday night at the Universal Amphitheatre are in for a sick ride (i.e. good time).
