Since 1995 Epitaph Records has a European company to coordinate all promotion, sales and marketing efforts in mainland Europe and the UK.
Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Regional Manager of Digital Marketing to lead digital initiatives across the UK and mainland Europe. This role will align regional European activity with our global digital strategy, coordinate campaigns through a shared workspace, and ensure timely and effective execution in collaboration with our global team in Los Angeles. As Digital Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining successful relationships with key social and content accounts to maximize marketing and promotional activities for our artists and strengthening the label’s brand.
Candidates for this position reside in Europe or the UK, with either the ability to work from Amsterdam or work remotely with the ability to visit our Amsterdam office on a regular basis. The Regional Manager of Digital Marketing is part of the European marketing team and operates at middle-management level.
Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy & Alignment

Develop and execute regional digital marketing strategies aligned with global priorities set by the Global Director of Digital Marketing.

Translate global campaign goals into actionable regional plans and ensure timely delivery and reporting.
Campaign Execution

Manage digital advertising and influencer campaigns for Europe and the UK, working closely with regional teams and agencies.

Activate content creators and influencers in key European territories to support artist releases, tours, and brand visibility.
Coordination & Governance

Participate in regular check-ins with the Global Director of Digital Marketing to review KPIs, adjust strategies, and align regional execution in Europe and the UK with global objectives.

Update the shared global project board with all active and planned marketing initiatives.
Content & Social Media

Contribute to social content strategy for European markets and ensure culturally relevant execution.

Source and manage partnerships with local creators and platforms.
Performance & Reporting

Deliver regular reporting on campaign performance, learnings, and market-specific insights to the European marketing team.

Analyse trends and emerging opportunities in the digital landscape to keep campaigns current and impactful.
D2C & Ecommerce
Identify and support direct-to-consumer and eCommerce marketing initiatives to maximize commercial potential and chart performance.
Collaboration & Budgeting
Work with the European Director of Marketing to define campaign objectives and oversee budget planning and adherence.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and analytical skills, an international perspective, a passion for music, and knowledge and experience in digital marketing are key to this role. Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess:

Minimum of two years' experience in related digital marketing duties on a strategic level.

Excellent organizational and time management skills and an ability to communicate effectively with the global marketing team and artists/artist management.

Knowledgeable of market trends, music industry developments, digital innovations, and digital marketing tools.

Excellent computer and administrative skills in MS Office (experience in excel is a pre). Fluent in analytics, with the ability to work with data from multiple sources and translate this into strategy.

Willing to relocate to Amsterdam or work remotely and travel to our Amsterdam office for a set number of days.
