Entry Period: Epitaph Records Free Vinyl Contest ("Contest") is presented by Epitaph, a California Corporation (the “Sponsor”) and begins on May 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 ET (the "Entry Period").

Contest Overview: Participants will have the opportunity to win all new releases and vinyl re-issues released by Epitaph Records between June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 by joining the Epitaph Records Newsletter, following winner confirmation. There will be one (1) winner chosen at random. The winner will be contacted by e-mail. Prizes will be shipped periodically as releases become available. Shipment times are to be determined by Epitaph Records. Approximate retail value: $600.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 13 years or older. Employees, officers and representatives and members of the immediate families of the Promotional Party and/or Sponsor, and their affiliated companies, participating promotional partners, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters and any company involved in the design, execution or production of the promotion are not eligible. How To Enter:

  1. Subscribe to the Epitaph Records Mailing List on the official web form located at https://www.epitaph.com/pages/free-vinyl-for-a-year or through social media lead ads.
  2. Subscriber Must Provide the First Name, Last Name, Country, Zip Code, and e-mail address.
  3. Limit one entry per person/email.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Mail a handwritten entry including full name, email, city, state, zip code, and country to:

Entry Requirements: Subscriber Must Provide the First Name, Last Name, Country, Zip Code, and e-mail address. Entries must be complete and accurate. Multiple entries using different email addresses or identities, or automated methods, are prohibited. The Sponsor may disqualify an entry if it does not meet entry requirements. Any entries that do not adhere to official contest rules will be disqualified as determined by the Sponsor at their sole discretion.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive all new vinyl releases and reissues over a 12-month period, from June 01, 2026 – May 31, 2027. Shipping limited to U.S. addresses only (no P.O. Boxes).

Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 5, 2026. Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and tax documentation. If winner is under 18, parental consent may be required.

By entering, participants:

  1. Agree to comply with and be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
  2. Agree to receive promotional marketing e-mails from Epitaph Records.
  3. Agree to have their e-mail address used for targeted online advertising.
  4. Consent to use of his/her name, and/or likeness, for advertising and promotional purposes in all media worldwide and in perpetuity without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Representations and Warranties: By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant the following: (1) you own all rights to the e-mail account used, (2) the information provided is truthful and accurate, and (3) the entry complies with the requirements as outlined in these Official Rules and applicable laws.

Sponsor’s Rights to Entries: By submitting an entry, you (1) irrevocably grant the Sponsor, their licensees, agents and assigns the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, copyright, publish, broadcast, publicly perform, adapt or modify in anyway the original submission, without further review, compensation or approval from you or any third party; (2) grant Epitaph, a California Corporation, any other sponsor(s) and its and their subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, agents and agencies the right to use the your name, e-mail, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law); (3) release Epitaph, a California Corporation, any other sponsor(s)” and their subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, agents and agencies from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expenses, including without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in this contest and/or the acceptance or use of any prize(s); and (4) agree to perform such further acts and/or execute such documents (including, without limitation, written waivers, consents and/or releases) grant Epitaph, a California Corporation, any other sponsor(s) and their subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, agents and agencies deem necessary to effectuate the foregoing and/or any other rules of this contest.

General: One Winner will be selected on or around June 5, 2026. Upon reaching a decision, winner will be notified via e-mail with which the registered entry. Prior to the fulfillment of any/all prizes, each winner must complete a winner affidavit, liability waiver and tax liability form if applicable. If a winner fails to respond with 3 business days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

By entering Epitaph Records Free Vinyl Contest, participants agree that the Sponsor, their parent and affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, retailers, distributors and representatives of promotional party affiliates are indemnified, released and will be held harmless by participants from any and all liability, for any damages, injuries or losses of any kind to person(s), including death or property, arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize. Winners will be required to sign a liability/release waiver prior to fulfillment of any/all prizes. In the event a winner is under 18, a parental consent form will be required prior to awarding any prize.

Any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

There is no cash alternative. Prizes are not transferable. In the event a winner cannot accept a prize, an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at their discretion.

Promotional Party and/or Sponsor are not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, misdirected, incorrect or inaccurate information or entries that are misdirected or misrouted as a result of interrupted or unavailable network connections or internet transmissions for any reason, or any failure of the website during the contest period, or for any computer, phone, phone line hardware or software malfunction, failure or error of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Any attempt to deliberately damage any on-line service or website or to undermine the legitimate operations of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify such entrant and to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and select a winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.

State-Specific Disclosures: For residents of New York and Florida: Sweepstakes with prizes over certain thresholds may be subject to registration and bonding requirements; however, the total prize value for this Sweepstakes is below those thresholds. For California residents: You have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) regarding your personal information. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California.
