Pianos Become The Teeth & The World Is A Beautiful Place Announce Co-Headlining Tour

Baltimore indie post-hardcore band Pianos Become the Teeth and Connecticut-bred collective The World is a Beautiful Place & I am No Longer Afraid To Die are excited to announce a series of North American co-headline tour dates. The tour will be split into two legs; the first kicking off April 28 in Atlanta and the second June 5 in Toronto. All dates will go on sale this Friday, March 9 at 12pm local time.

Pianos Become the Teeth recently released their fourth full-length record Wait For Love in February via Epitaph. Produced and engineered by Wil Yip, Wait For Love shows the band reconciling their aggressive past with the atmospheric turns of 2014’s critically acclaimed Keep You. The album eschews stylistic traps in order to focus on songwriting and feels like a full-realization of what the band have hinted at in the past. Pianos Become the Teeth is vocalist Kyle Durfey, guitarists Mike York and Chad McDonald, bassist Zac Sewell, and drummer David Haik. Watch the video for “Love On Repeat” off Wait For Love here.

The World is a Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid To Die will tour in support of their third full-length, Always Foreign, released in September 2017 via Epitaph. As the follow-up to 2015’s critically acclaimed HarmlessnessAlways Foreign is the band’s most sonically adventurous and expansive work yet, with lyrics delivering both incisive commentary and visceral emotion. Produced by TWIABP guitarist Christopher Teti, Always Foreign confronts everything from the opioid epidemic to xenophobia to emotional abuse in relationships. The TWIABP line-up includes David F Bello (vocals), Christopher Teti (guitar, synth, programming), Joshua Cyr (bass, harp, synth, vocals), Tyler Bussey (guitar, banjo, synth, vocals), Katie Dvorak (synth, vocals), and Steven K Buttery (percussion, vocals).
