Bring Me The Horizon To Play One Off Headlining Shows In The US
As previously reported, Bring Me The Horizon will tour with A Day to Remember this fall. In addition, the band has lined up a handful of select Bring Me The Horizon headlining dates with special guests Chiodos. These performances will be in September in Syracuse, Detroit, Kansas City, and Las Vegas.
Bring Me The Horizon's latest album Sempiternal has sold nearly 200,000k copies in the US since its release in March 2013. With 80k singles sold, and YouTube views and Facebook likes in the millions, Bring Me The Horizon is easily the biggest British breakthrough band in the US today.
Critics have praised Bring Me The Horizon for their "ethereal grace and fist-in-the-air exhilaration" according to Alternative Press. Loudwire calls Bring Me "the most exciting young bands on the planet." And they are "Appealingly aggressive" by Rolling Stone standards. Additionally, Bring Me The Horizon is nominated for the Alternative Press Music Awards in the following categories: Album of the Year for Sempiternal, Artist of the Year, Best Vocalist (Oli Sykes), Song of the Year for "Shadow Moses", and Best International Band. The award show is on July 21 in Cleveland, OH at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Music.
