Avion Roe has signed to Epitaph Records and their Into The Rest digital EP is available now.

Often in life the most serendipitous moments are the most satisfying and that's certainly the case with the rise of Avion Roe. The band—vocalist Evan Couture, bassist Sean Humphrey, guitarist Jordan Modro and drummer Josh Cutlip—formed in Dallas, Texas, in 2011 released their debut album The Art Of Fiction. However the band ironically experienced their breakthrough moment when they had time off the road in 2014 to begin work on their second full-length. One of the demos caught the ear of Sleeping With Sirens' frontman Kellin Quinn.

Couture and Modro recorded and produced the songs for the Into The Rest EP themselves at their house (aside from the drums which were recorded with Geoff Rockwell in Fort Worth, Texas) and after they subsequently signed to Epitaph. They had Kris Crummett (Issues, Sleeping With Sirens) add extra production and radiance to their creations. From the shimmering heights of the soaring title track to the acoustic balladry of "Into The Rest" and the driving expressive anthems like "Sing Me To Sleep," the Into The Rest EP showcases the various sides of Avion Roe.
