NEW FOUND GLORY WON'T GO DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT

Undisputed Pop-Punk Champs New Found Glory Will Release New Album On March 10th

Pop-punk's reigning champs, New Found Glory, come out swinging on their hotly anticipated new album, Not Without A Fight, due March 10th on Epitaph Records. Defending their title against any and all contenders, the platinum-selling group's sixth studio album delivers a one-two knockout with fist-pumping hooks and catchy sing-along choruses. Working with producer Mark Hoppus (Motion City Soundtrack, The Matches) and mixer Neil Avron (Fall Out Boy) in their corner, NFG prove that challengers don't stand a chance.

In anticipation of the release, New Found Glory will kick off the Fight on January 6th with an album pre-sale, online video game and a weigh-in press conference that will be followed by - in true NFG fashion - hysterically funny training videos launching each week beginning January 22nd that will ultimately lead up to the main event: a new music video for their first single "Listen To Your Friends."

New Found Glory have been slugging it out for over a decade alongside bands like Green Day and Blink 182, becoming one of the most celebrated pop-punk bands in the world. Known for their trademark humor and fun loving attitude, the band's latest effort will bring smiles to fans' faces once again.

The band's ability to consistently produce pop-punk favorites, album after album, has made New Found Glory a household name worldwide and Not Without A Fight raises the bar. Comprised of everything fans have come to love about the band, from their bouncy head-bobbing riffs and gang vocals to sing-along choruses and lyrics everyone can relate to, the album delivers knockout blows with the pop anthems like "Listen To Your Friends" (available now for digital download here) and grooving tracks like "47," followed by the right hook "Truck Stop Blues," a song about love on the road.

New Found Glory goes twelve rounds on Not Without A Fight, putting listeners into submission with each track and reminding fans and bands why they are the reigning champs of pop-punk.

Stay tuned, New Found Glory will be bringing the Fight to a city near you soon!
NEW FOUND GLORY SIGNS WITH EPITAPH

Pop-Punk's Biggest Act Will Release New Album With Epitaph Records In 2009

Epitaph Records is proud to announce the signing of pop-punk's most notorious band, New Found Glory. The steadfast rockers are currently wrapping up the recording of their seventh studio album, which was produced by Mark Hoppus (The Matches, Motion City Soundtrack), mixed by Neal Avron (Linkin Park, Fall Out Boy) and due out in spring 2009. Watch the band's video announcement here.

For the past decade, New Found Glory has entertained fans with fun, energetic music, releasing six classic pop-punk albums, including three gold records New Found Glory, Sticks and Stones and Catalyst. The group's move to Epitaph marks the next chapter in the band's renowned career.

"Picking a new label was a scary thing for New Found Glory," explains Chad Gilbert. "The music industry has been changing so much and more and more bands are being treated and presented like some Wal-Mart pop act with guitars. We have real diehard fans and we wanted to find a home that would represent NFG the right way. A label that knew our music scene. Epitaph is the place to be! They were all longtime, true fans of new found glory and they understand us. We aren't just some record to put out before the new Pussycat Dolls CD! A real music label. We were over the big business of the majors."

"It's my great pleasure to welcome NFG to the Epitaph family," adds Epitaph's owner and founder Brett Gurewitz. "Everybody here is over the moon about working with the greatest pop-punk band in history."

Stay tuned for upcoming announcements about New Found Glory's new album in the coming months.
