International heavy music superstars BRING ME THE HORIZON will be featured on the forthcoming cover of Alternative Press this May. The cover feature comes on the heels of the release of the band’s critically acclaimed and hugely successful new album, Sempiternal which the magazine called "their most striking—and fearless—evolution to date."

This marks the third time BMTH has been on the cover of the magazine, and this time out, the band is featured on two collectible covers. Both covers will be available at newsstand with subscribers exclusively receiving the full-band cover. SEMPITERNAL, the brand new album by BRING ME THE HORIZON is out now and it’s a worldwide chart topping success. Shot on the snowy and foggy shoreline of Germany’s largest island, Rugen, the performance video for “Shadow Moses” takes from the song’s lyrical theme of “going nowhere” and creates an abstract and fragmented narrative that cues fans about to what’s to come in the next BMTH video. On a technical side, the video was shot with a “camera – shift technique” developed by director, Fabian Röttger, that gives the viewer a 3D like experience without the need of special screen or glasses.

BRING ME THE HORIZON ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM APRIL 30TH

Already being herald as one of the most anticipated albums of the year, BRING ME THE HORIZON’s upcoming fourth studio album, SEMPITERNALwill be the defining sound of heavy music in 2013 and it is scheduled for release on April 30th via Epitaph Records. Check out a new trailer for the record here:

Proving to be perpetual favorites among fans, the album’s first single “Shadow Moses” came charging out of the gates last week after premiering on Zane Lowe’s BBC’s Radio 1, forcing Epitaph to post the song on YouTube a week in advance due to popular demand.

"There's a very euphoric sound coursing through the album, a very uplifting but yet sad sound," says front-man Oliver Sykes. "Electronically, it's far more advanced than anything we've done before."

The five piece, consisting of Oliver Sykes, Lee Malia, Matt Kean, Matt Nicholls and Jordan Fish, recorded Sempiternal over a three month period with super producer Terry Date (Linkin Park, Deftones, Soundgarden). The band also brought in David Bendeth (A Day To Remember, Paramore) to add to the all-star production line-up and mix the album.

"Writing Sempiternal was a completely different process," comments Sykes. "We worked from a computer, laying down ideas and riffs and working on them tirelessly until we had what we wanted." For the first time, Sempiternal sees a new member appearing on the record, Jordan Fish, who takes on keyboard duties on the record as well as during live performances. "Bringing Jordan into the mix changed things completely; he opened up so many more possibilities."

Sykes goes on to say, "The lyrical theme is everything. My head was a lot clearer when writing this time and it allowed me to write from a different perspective. It's the best stuff I've ever written in my opinion. It's very dramatic, quite blunt, and at times sarcastic, but the biggest part of it - is how it is combined with the music to bring the listener vivid imagery and emotion. I think we really managed to pull that off."

British metal powerhouse Bring Me The Horizon have released a new music video “Alligator Blood” from their critically heralded album There Is A Hell, Believe Me I’ve Seen It. There Is A Heaven Lets Keep It A Secret. The video is the band’s most ambitious to date, with the band trapped in an increasingly bizarre labyrinth of spiders, demons, games and geometric imagery with no hope of escape. The video mirrors and furthers the story of the mysterious album artwork for ‘There Is A Hell…’ and will join the band’s video hit list, which currently numbers over 50 million YouTube views.

Sheffield England’s rising young metal stars Bring Me The Horizon, recent winners of the Kerrang award for “Best Album,” now offer another striking visual accompaniment to their critically acclaimed album There Is A Hell Believe Me I've Seen It. There Is A Heaven Lets Keep It A Secret.

The latest clip, for the monstrous track “Visions” captured the young band in their element, performing the surging anthem in a number of mysterious and ghostly locations as images and lyrics appear and disappear. As with the previous ‘It Never Ends,’ the video was directed by close friend of the band (and designer of the band’s iconic album artwork) in Danish director Plastic Kid in Copenhagen.
