Escape The Fate To Perform At The Biggest Tattoo Show On Earth On October 2

Las Vegas’ most notorious rockers Escape The Fate will perform live in their hometown at The Biggest Tattoo Show On Earth in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center at 7:00 PM PT on October 2nd. Admission is free for Las Vegas residents.

The convention is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be tattooed by the world's top artists from around the globe. Industry icons from Japan and Samoa that are otherwise unavailable have been flown in to Las Vegas to work on convention goers. Other expected attendees include Duff McKagan (Velvet Revolver, Guns N’ Roses), Evan Sienfeld (Biohazard), Sully Erna (Godsmack), Billy Duffy (The Cult) and Jerry Cantrell (Alice In Chains).

The news comes hot on the heels of Escape The Fate’s recent announcement that they would join Hollywood Undead and Atreyu on “The Vatos Locos Tour” this fall.

Touring in support of their hit album, This War Is Ours, Escape The Fate continue their quest for worldwide domination. From their contentiously provocative video for their latest single, “10 Miles Wide,” to their outrageous antics and scandalous rumors that continuously follow them, it’s evident that Escape The Fate are one of the most talked about bands in the country.

With an album of hits under their belt, radio air-play building, and incendiary hometown convention show and a hot fall tour in front of them, it seems as though nothing stands in the way of Escape The Fate’s inevitable takeover.

Escape The Fate GET REVED UP WITH "SOMETHING"

Las Vegas Rockers Unleash Video For New Single, "Something," In Anticipation Of Upcoming Headlining Tour

Riotous rockers Escape The Fate premiered the video for their hot new single "Something," today on MTV2. The video will continue to air throughout the day on MTV2 and online at MTV2.com and MTVU.com. The made-for-radio rock anthem's video was shot in downtown Los Angeles, and follows a twisted love story that ends in a cameo-filled drag race along the LA River.

"Something" Video Premiere on MTVU.com

"Something" is an epic rock anthem featured on the band's new album, This War Is Ours, which Alternative Press called "a ticking time bomb of punk-rock attitude meeting real-life angst... that would make even the harshest of critics smile."

Escape The Fate's rise to the top has not been an easy one, including the essential rock elements of drugs, fights, and breakups, but they've weathered and transcended the drama to emerge as one of rock's most buzzed about bands. Escape The Fate's phenomenal online presence alone (over 31million Myspace plays) has catapulted the group to mainstage player status.

In support of "Something" and This War Is Ours, Escape The Fate will embark on a six week headlining US tour with Black Tide, Attack Attack, William Control (Aiden) and Burn Halo, which kicks off at the Glass House in Pomona, California. Tickets are on sale now.

Don't miss one of the year's most electrifying tours from one of rock's most outrageous bands!
Escape the Fate to Headline US Tour in Spring

After honing their skills on the road most recently with Chiodos and Silverstein, Escape the Fate are set to headline their own 6 week US tour beginning on February 5 in Pomona CA. Tickets for all shows go on sale Saturday December 13. Main support on the tour courtesy of Florida's Black Tide with additional support from Attack Attack, William Control (Aiden) and Burn Halo (ex 18 Visions).

Escape the Fate's recent release This War is Ours has kept the scene buzzing since its release on October 21 via Epitaph Records. Introducing vocalist Craig Mabbit (formerly of Blessthefall) and produced by John Feldmann (the Used, Story of the Year), the new record caused the mighty Buzznet.com to crash when a flurry of fan activity surrounding the release of the first single "The Flood" overwhelmed the social networking giant's servers. And it's only gotten crazier. But while ETF's fans are growing more rabid by the day, the Las Vegas quartet is enjoying a new-found maturity and dedicated work-ethic, unusual for a young band that Alternative Press summed up succinctly as "a bunch of kids who went from jamming in a garage to opening for My Chemical Romance to being one of the most popular bands in the scene in 18 months."

Escape the Fate on tour:
2/5 Pomona, CA Glasshouse
About to Pop: Escape the Fate

Why They're About to Pop: Escape the Fate has been through the ringer. After the success of their first album, 2006's 'Dying is Your Latest Fashion,' the Las Vegas band began to look like the subject of an episode of 'Intervention.' Their guitarist Omar Espinoza exited, while both their singer and their bassist got hooked on drugs. After two stints in rehab, ETF's frontman Ronnie Radke was arrested for battery and eventually kicked out of the band, leaving the hardcore punkers in a serious predicament. However, fate just may have been on the boys' side as bassist Max Green cleaned up his act and former Blessthefall vocalist Craig Mabbitt was looking for a new gig. Mabbitt, a friend of ETF, was a natural fit to sing on 'This War is Ours,' and now the band is right back on track. Catch Escape the Fate live on their full U.S. tour with Chiodos and Silverstein now through November.
