Sing Loud, Sing Proud
Dropkick Murphys

The Dropkick Murphys have an uncanny talent to fuse their culture and their music. "Sing Loud, Sing Proud" is a perfect example of that. Rooted in Irish folk, the Murphys brand of punk rock is some of the most unique and infectious music on the scene. Pounding 4/4 beats in conglomeration with "Oi!" styled lyrical chants lead people to pump their fists and raise their glasses all at the same time! In a very short period of time DKM has risen to the top, like the head of a fine Lager. Few can compare to the Murphys in the sense of style, attitude and fire. DKM has truly defined themselves with "Sing Loud, Sing Proud."

9 out of 10 prefer Do...

Al are you ever going to pay Ritchie for all his hard work? Are you ever going to give Johnny Rioux the proper thanks for all the songs he wrote that you sang? Also, did Ahern ever tell you that I was part of writing Mainliner and he and I both agree that the last verse "that you wrote" sucks balls? Now everything sounds the same and your voice doesn't fit. Not to mention I bet all these kids don't know you're a Kraut and not Irish at all. POOP!

Till the End

I wish I could take my name off from the liner notes since I saw them at the Scout bar in Jan. I miss the days when Al Barr didn't think he was friggin Axel Rose. We used to be friends but since he jumped on the moving train, his head inflated. He needs to thank McColgan repeatedly. Thankful Ken and Matty are still stand up guys. Al, if you read this, you can suck my left one and by the way, my kids even thought you were a douche.

this is my all time favourite album, for boston is a great intro and the rocky road to dublin is much better thatn the original dubliner's version,
The gauntlet is agreat song to inspire you to do something while forever and a few good men would be great song;s to sing when your half-drunk

Not my favorite Dropkick album, but not a bad album.

Not one of their better albums, but still good all the same. It's more so one of those albums I listen to once every couple of months.
