E. Von Dahl Killed The Locals
The Matches

Think power-infused pop with punk roots and more energy than a runaway nuclear reactor - yeah, that's The Matches! Songs like "Dog Eared Page," "Audio Blood" and "The Jack Slap Cheer" grab you by the ears and won't let go; once you hear 'em, you can't resist singing along with 'em!

I worked with these guys on the production of the first record up in SF... not sure if any of the stuff i actually did with them made the final Epitaph cut, but it sure was fun working with these guys and seeing them perform. real talent. rare these days. anyway im located now in Burbank and am still composing music and producing records, if anyone out there needs a smoking hot engineer/producer in the LA area hit me up at peaceonamerica@yahoo.com

Fucking Brilliant! Whats more to say. The quartet from California bringing life and fun back into all those teenagers lives. The way these guys play is like its all they know. Some songs like The Restless, Chain Me Free and Borderline Creep make you think these guys have lived the life already and are sending us one hell of a mother fucking postcard. On stage they have so much energy right from the first note. Get ready for a Matches explosion any time soon, these guys are going to be HUGE.
