Into The Unknown
Bad Religion

At a time when most L.A. bands were playing extremely fast, stripped-down rock, Bad Religion released this chunk of '70s-styled hard rock that anticipated the '70s revival by about a decade. It's a bit off-putting at first blush, mainly because the tempos are slower and more deliberate, and because of the use of swirling organs and pianos. But it's a terrific record that was perhaps more daring than anyone realized at the time of its release. An extremely influential and interesting record, one that any fan of hard rock should own.

How could anyone not like this album? People need to have this alot more than "the process of belief", one of BR's best in my opinion. How often does somthing come along that is filled with synth, and is underproduced? Hey, if your lucky, your new fans may think it's a new cd, and get into your old stuff :-)

Save people the trouble of finding this and re-release it!

I agree with everyone who has clamored for the re-release of Into the Unknown. For those of you who wouldn't dare put the needle on vinyl for a second, I did my research and found a website were all eight tracks can be downlaoded. They sound really great.

Enjoy!

yeah, pretty obvious that this needs to be re-released. Even if the guys aren't very proud of it, that is completely irrelevant.

Thats like not putting a certain event from history in a history book just because you don't like the outcome. It still happened and needs the proper recognition.

Great Album

This album is wayyyyy underrated. It may not be punk, but it is still an increible peice of music. RE-RELEASE, RE-RELASE, RE-RELEASE.

In a word. Phenomenal

I love this album. Do the BR world a favor and re-release this bad boy. Too many people are missing out on a good thing.
